Solutions Consultant

Location: Whitby, Ontario, Canada
360 Insights offers global brands the best, holistic platform to run their channel marketing programs such as consumer rebates, volume rebates, sales agent incentives, dealer incentives, marketing development funds, and a co-operative advertising.  360’s market is transforming from a manual, people intensive service industry to an automated self-service design enabled by cloud and SaaS based technologies.
 
This role is new, and it will lead solutioning for new and existing clients looking to transition to our platform.  Solutioning will often require an in-depth look at the client’s current business approach, technology, and mindset, and then align a solution with 360’s current platform capabilities and upcoming product roadmap.  A complex solution may require both interim technology and human approaches from 360 until a fully aligned solution can be implemented.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Lead the solutioning phase of new complex client opportunities and for existing client’s projects
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, sales, account management and other 360 operational subject matter experts to ensure that our clients’ needs get the best-suited solution within the 360 SaaS platform
  • Translate business objectives into business, functional and technical requirements
  • Contribute to the relevant sections of the statement of work and other required contractual documents that reference solution and business requirements.
  • Align solutions towards 360 platform, looking for the opportunity to expand functionality
  • Work with 360 product managers on learnings and solution needs, leading to addressing platform gaps
 
Skills and Experience:
 
  • Past experience leading large, complex solutioning phases in a consultative environment
  • Current with today’s technology and the drive towards business systems being SaaS
  • Strong business process and business logic mindset, with ability to think like a general manager or division executive
  • Organized, clear, concise with the ability to present in an executive boardroom environment
  • Past experience with statement of work, business requirement definition, and workflow preparation is essential
  • Past BPO and business software industry experience is a must
  • University degree is a requirement, preferably in business or technology or engineering
 
Work Environment:
 
  • Must work onsite at the 360Insights Headquarter site in Whitby, Ontario
  • Travel will be required, up to 25% of the time, within North America
  • Very fast paced, high growth environment 
  • This role will face high level of critical thinking and urgency
  • Long hours during complex solutioning phases will occur
