Implementation Specialist

We’re looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our Team and help us take things to the next level.
Position Summary
As a 360insights Implementation Specialist you will lead 4-6 concurrent rapid deployment projects onboarding clients to our innovative channel success platform.  Rapid deployments typically last 6 – 12 weeks from kick off the hand off to operations. You will be a key point of contact for our client project managers establishing a positive relationship and enabling customer success by educating customers what is needed for a successful implementation.
  • Leads client facing kick off sessions to educate clients on the rapid implementation methodology required client inputs over the project.
  • Prepare project artifacts.
  • Set up and configure client solution and portal in accordance with client requirements performing quality assurance to minimize rework for projects you are leading or as a member of a team
  • Leads regular project discussions with customers and project teams to review work plans, risks, actions, issues, and decisions in an effort to drive projects to completion. Escalates issues to leadership for timely resolution.
  • Identifies client needs that may arise and that vary from core product functionality, and works to find creative solutions to meet business objectives.  Liaises with technical and operational teams to understand and establish any roadmap dependencies for client desired features and communicates these to client and incorporates in project schedule.
  • Delivers client-facing training sessions, and updates training materials as required (including documents, slide shows, videos, etc.)
  • Maintains high quality documentation over the life of a project, with a focus on utility over depth. Ensures Statement of Work (SOW) documents are kept current over the life of the project using Project Change Control processes when needed.
  • Leads a deliverable acceptance process with the client ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained over the life of the project.  Facilitates pre-launch go-no-go decisions and completes hand off to operations procedures.
  • Collects customer and peer feedback to gauge success of the project and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborates with sales and pre- sales teams to inform project approaches.
  • Supports the development of processes and tools that reduce the amount of time required deliver solutions.
  • Performs portal configuration update for production clients or other PM-led projects on as needed basis.
  • Product Expertise- staying abreast of product changes or and keeping relevant documentation.
Sample Deliverables: project plan, project status reports, issue tracking, training sessions, environment set up, software configuration, software testing, status meetings, requirements tracking, client presentations, report set up, hand off documents, internal and client facing working sessions
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or information technology preferred.
  • MS office proficient, with advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, indexing, formulas, macros)
  • Experience with various coding languages (JSON, LESS, html, SQL)
  • Experience implementing software for internal or external customers
  • Experience working for a software company preferred.
  • Technical aptitude and proven attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with a record of building client relationships.
  • Increased hours during implementation peak times are expected.
  • Success in prior customer facing roles required.
