We’re looking for a kick-ass Bilingual Account Representative to join our Operations Team and help us take things to the next level. In the next 5 years, channel-driven manufacturers will move from selecting vendors who can process incentives cheaply to partnering with analytics leaders who can deliver insights on the performance of channel spend.  This represents a fundamental shift in the marketplace and 360insights is leading the way.

Responsibilities
  • Review of advertising claims as per manufacturer’s advertising policy
  • Dealer funding review and application
  • Claim Input and Balance input sheets and system totals
  • Issue claim re-submission requests if claim documents are missing
  • Distribution of advertising program reports
  • Email/Phone contact with dealers
  • Review of Advertising Prior Approval requests for advertising placement
  • Provide clerical support in filing, mail distribution and other related duties
 
Skills and Experience
  • Accurate and fast keyboard skills
  • ​Fluent in English and French speaking, writing, reading
  • Excellent communications skills – written and verbal
  • Good math skills
  • Team player who also works well independently
  • Able to multi-task and make quick decisions
  • Computer Knowledge (software packages, environment):
  • Microsoft word, excel and e-mail communication
